Global Interfaith Commission on LGBT+ Lives

Global Interfaith Commission on LGBT+ Lives

On March 22nd 2022 over 150 religious leaders from 30 countries and a range of faiths, along with academics and lay leaders, met at the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office to agree a set of Safeguarding Principles to protect LGBT+ people from harm.

Following a recent PCC Meeting, we highly commend these Safeguarding Principles, recognising their application to the LGBTQ+ community and beyond.
