VE Day 80, The path for peace
VE DAY80 at ST MARGARET’S Thursday 8th May 2025 Thank you to everyone involved with VE DAY80 at St. Margaret’s. During the day the local community helped to place 80 solar lights along the church path to make a symbolic PATH FOR PEACE. Retirement of Rev’d Jonathan Jennings
This month we mark the retirement of Revd Jonathan Jennings, who has faithfully served at St Margaret’s Church in various roles over many years. Jonathan’s thoughtful ministry, gentle wisdom, and deep commitment to the life of our church have left a lasting legacy. As a parting gift, Jonathan has generously presented the church with a green burse and veil, along with a stole beautifully embroidered with St Cuthbert’s cross.
